Dorothy of the Most Exotic Mersea Book Salon chose Finding Ching Ha as September’s book, and I was invited to make a virtual guest appearance, along with another special guest virtually visiting from the UK.
After a short reading, we had a lively Q and A. We also discussed some of the diverse themes in Finding Ching Ha.that extended beyond inter-cultural adoption, into the similarities and differences between people exclusive of cultural background. While I wasn’t able to engage in the food served at the group, the conversation was deliciously dynamic and provided me with food for thought.
